QuintoAndar's whole thing is making real estate simpler, with less bureaucracy and friction. The goal is to make it as easy as possible for anyone looking for a new home.

I worked there as a senior product designer, on a team of over a hundred designers, inside a really mature product and design culture with a solid design system. I worked on a bunch of projects, but the standout ones were the dashboard and notification center for owners, and the realtors' app revamp, where we built them a CRM.

Improving landlord experience

QuintoAndar was successful in helping people find a place to live, but struggled to keep up with demand due to a lack of available properties. To address this issue, they targeted property owners with four or more properties. The market share of this public was around 28%, while QuintoAndar's user base had only 8%.

Notification center

A platform service for all QuintoAndar users to manage notifications and important tasks.

CRM for real estate agents

Houses can't show themselves to clients, so QuintoAndar had to bring realtors into the mix.
