Luxury Presence is a real estate marketing technology platform serving luxury agents and brokerages. Products include a CRM, client-facing marketing websites, and advertising tools.

As a design engineer, I own the LUX Design System, the system of components, design tokens, and icons used across all internal products. I use AI tools like Claude, Figma MCP, and a few integrations to seriously speed up design system work, from component migrations to docs architecture and automated design QA.

We built an agentic design system by accident

A retrospective on what "agent ready" actually means: an MCP server, shadcn registry, Claude Code plugin, and Figma Code Connect that compounded into something bigger than the sum of its parts.

Figma Slots migration

Converted 21 design system components from rigid boolean properties to flexible Figma Slots, cutting around 45 properties and simplifying 120+ variants with AI tooling.
